The PMA are delighted to have gained Direct Claim Status (DCS) from ILM. ILM is Europe’s largest management and leadership awarding body. By granting DCS, ILM have acknowledged that the PMA have demonstrated best practice in quality assurance processes, in accordance with strict requirements for training and assessment. We are now able to award qualifications to delegates following our own rigorous internal assessment and verification process meaning that delegate results and certificates can be issued sooner that many other ILM centres.
