National Launch ‘Excellence in Supporting Healthcare certificate’

The PMA were delighted to play a key part in the national launch of the ‘Excellence in Supporting Healthcare’ certificate on 1st October. This was a stimulating and informative afternoon held at Hatfields Conference Centre in London SE1. The event  was the culmination of a successful collaboration between the PMA, Our Healthier South East London STP and itslearning UK to develop the ongoing work of Dr Jackie Tavabie to create a comprehensive and accredited online programme for the non-clinical workforce in the primary, secondary, allied professional, social care and voluntary sectors. PMA announce the launch of the Excellence in Supporting Healthcare e-Learning Programme

We are delighted to announce the launch of 'Excellence in Supporting Healthcare' - the first e-learning course of its kind, offering a comprehensive and accredited training programme for non-clinical workforces. The ILM approved 'Excellence in Supporting Healthcare' certificate enables non-clinical staff to better support clinicians in improving care in a changing healthcare environment. PMA launch Level 4 certificate in Leadership and Management for Dental Practice Managers

The PMA are delighted to announce the launch of a Level 4 certificate in Leadership and Management. It is designed for new and aspiring Dental Practice Managers. These qualifications help learners to really get to grips with their role, gain comprehensive business knowledge, and develop the technical skills they need to lead effectively at this level.
