There are 11 categories.
Each has a list of evaluation criteria.
Across all categories the winners are able to demonstrate a dynamic input to practice, PCN or other healthcare environments which are both measurable and of value to the practice, the PCN and the patients.
The judges look for excellence in terms of input and the quality of outcomes. The winner and highly recommended recipients are individuals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to their role.
