PMA Announces Strategic Partnerships to Strengthen Career Pathways and Community Impact

PMA is pleased to announce the development of new working relationships with the Department for Work and Pensions, The King’s Trust and the British Red Cross.

These collaborations are focused on one clear objective: supporting individuals into meaningful training opportunities that lead to sustainable employment and long-term career progression.

Through engagement with the Department for Work and Pensions and The King’s Trust, PMA is strengthening referral pathways to ensure candidates can access structured training programmes aligned to employer demand. Together, we are working to remove barriers to entry, build confidence and provide individuals with the skills required to progress into in-demand roles.

In parallel, PMA has secured a pilot apprenticeship contract with the British Red Cross to deliver the Community Health & Wellbeing Worker Level 3 Apprenticeship to a cohort of recruits. This programme will equip learners with the practical skills and knowledge needed to support individuals and communities in improving health outcomes and accessing essential services.
