This Understanding GP Partnerships web workshop is for Practice Managers, Assistant Practice Managers and Business Managers wanting to understand the requirements of Partnerships within General Practice.
This module looks at partnership issues – written agreements and matters relating to partnership changes, including the differences when merging practices and legalities.
To finish the web workshop, we will take a more in-depth look at the considerations around property ownership and property and estates management in the merger and partnership discussions.
The module will be delivered as an interactive session with practical guidance to enable participants to map the techniques and outcomes onto their own practice. Group work is provided on all aspects of the programme so that participants develop their understanding of the topics by interacting with colleagues from other practices.
At the PMA we pride ourselves on the understanding that one size doesn’t fit all and – therefore, we have various formats of our workshops and can adapt any programme / agenda to suit your local needs and necessaries – so, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
