PMA WEBINAR

The impact of Covid-19 on PCNs – the road ahead

  • Date: Wednesday, July 29th 2020

  • Time: 11 am – 12 noon

Things are starting to settle a little now although there is no room for complacency. We are looking at a very different ‘normal’ when ‘normal’ eventually resumes.

Overview

This PMA webinar included a discussion around the challenges and opportunities for the PCNs during the Covid-19 pandemic. How this period of accelerated change and transformation ‘enabled’ and ‘challenged’ the PCNs in the delivery of patient services. What lessons were learned, what will be taken to the next phase of the PCN evolution and what challenges highlighted.

There was an excellent response to this webinar with many questions asked of our speakers. Much attention was paid to the PCN Workforce Planning Template for 2020/21. We hope this Q&A will provide some answers and guidance on this topic. Click here to read more.
