Project Description

This programme focuses on issues that regularly arise in medical practice, they are often difficult to deal with concerning the critical human resource. We will cover employment law with practical guidance to enable participants to manage more effectively their human resource and deal with staffing challenges.

The module will be delivered with practical guidance to enable participants to map the techniques and outcomes onto their own practice. Participants develop their understanding of the topics.

Objectives

Participants will improve their understanding of the current employment law and will look at the HR implication as we shift to ‘Working at Scale’ and some of the issues you will need to consider. We will also provide a quick look at Performance Management and Succession Planning.
