The web workshop will focus on developing personal and professional behaviours, to ensure employee resilience and wellbeing. The web workshop will give participants new techniques for greater efficiency, effectiveness and emotional balance during periods of stress and accelerated change.
Delegates will explore new approaches for improving health, increased creativity, resilience, flexibility and coherence both personally and professionally and will start to develop skills and strategies for reducing and preventing stress and burnout, both in personal and professional situations and in helping and supporting others. Participants will also improve their understanding of time management, staff employee wellbeing and building resilience in the practice and will receive frameworks for managing staff behaviour.
The session will be delivered as an online interactive session with practical guidance to enable participants to map the techniques and outcomes onto their own practice. Virtual group work is provided on all aspects of the programme so that participants develop their understanding of the topics by interacting with colleagues from other practices.
At the PMA we pride ourselves on the understanding that one size doesn’t fit all and – therefore, we have various formats of our workshops and can adapt any programme / agenda to suit your local needs and necessaries – so, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
