This web workshop is designed to provide primary care staff with a comprehensive understanding of PCN recruitment, including legal and regulatory considerations, best practices for attracting and selecting suitable candidates, and strategies for onboarding and developing new staff.
The workshop will be delivered online over 3-hours and will include interactive sessions to engage participants and enable them to apply the concepts they learn to real-world scenarios.

Workshop Outcomes
The objectives of this workshop are to help primary care staff understand the PCN staffing model, identify suitable candidates for PCN roles, and effectively onboard and develop new staff. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the legal and regulatory considerations involved in PCN recruitment, including TUPE and employment contracts. They will also learn strategies for onboarding and integrating new staff into their PCNs and how to provide ongoing training and development opportunities for them.
Throughout the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to engage in interactive sessions, including case studies, group discussions, and interactive exercises. These sessions will enable them to apply the concepts they are learning to real-world scenarios and to share their experiences and insights with their colleagues.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have the tools and knowledge they need to build a strong and effective PCN team that can deliver high-quality primary care services.
