Partnerships & Federation includes Partnership Changes & Mergers, Written Agreements Federations, Business & Property Management.
This module looks at partnership issues – written agreements and matters relating to partnership changes, including the pitfalls of merging practices.
We also focus on Federations and mergers and models for working at scale, which are amongst the most important topics currently facing medical practice and the programme provides full information on developing issues by experts who are dealing with them on a day to day basis. To finish the web workshop, we will take a more in-depth look at the considerations around property ownership and property management in the merger and partnership discussions.
The module will be delivered as an interactive session with practical guidance to enable participants to map the techniques and outcomes onto their own practice. Group work is provided on all aspects of the programme so that participants develop their understanding of the topics by interacting with colleagues from other practices.
