Your team may have all the expertise in the world but, if they’re not motivated, it’s unlikely that they’ll achieve their true potential.
Motivated people have a positive outlook, they’re excited about what they’re doing, and they know that they’re investing their time in something that’s truly worthwhile. In short, motivated people enjoy their jobs and perform well.
This two-hour Motivating Teams web workshop will help delegates achieve this. They will learn the four stages to influence team members to perform tasks while creating a work environment that will motivate higher performance. Attendees will also learn the secrets to employee motivation and engagement techniques and will expand their knowledge and acquire new skills which will assist in motivating their team to achieve optimum performance. In addition, delegates will look at their own motivation, how to combat the triggers that can lead their motivation to drop and some powerful techniques to empower and motivate their team so they work more effectively.
