People are our greatest asset and our biggest challenge – meeting their development needs and the development needs of your practice is a key challenge of managing the practice.

This webinar session explored how employee development – at all levels – can be supported by a range of apprenticeship standards and PMA diploma. The session looked at the benefits to the practice on enhancing the skills and knowledge throughout your teams and the options, regardless of current levels of experience. Case studies to help demonstrate how the employer’s benefits and how the learners build their understanding and their practice confidence were also shared.
