The PMA Introduction to Primary Care Induction Programme covers all the key areas that need to be addressed when working within this sector as a new starter (clinical or non-clinical). The sessions focus on the need-to-knows in Primary Care with the first session “Introduction to Primary Care” being made available for all new starters to attend. Then the additional 11 x 1-hour sessions are for delegates to cherry-pick based on their learning requirements. All sessions will be delivered as interactive sessions with practical guidance to enable participants to map all the techniques and outcomes onto their own practice. Group work is provided on all aspects of the programme so that participants develop their understanding of the topics by interacting with other colleagues across Primary Care.
At the PMA we pride ourselves on the understanding that one size doesn’t fit all and – therefore, we have various formats of our workshops and can adapt any programme / agenda to suit your local needs and necessaries – so, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
