This session has been designed to equip healthcare professionals, IT staff, and administrative personnel in General Practice with the knowledge and tools necessary to protect their practices from cyber threats, ensure patient data confidentiality, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Throughout this 3-hour web workshop, we will explore the unique cybersecurity challenges faced by the healthcare sector, emphasising the importance of safeguarding sensitive patient information. Our primary goal is to provide delegates with practical strategies to enhance their practice’s security posture, manage potential cyber risks, and navigate the complexities of regulatory compliance.

The workshop is highly interactive, encouraging participants to actively engage with the content. Attendees will have the opportunity to share their own experiences and challenges related to cybersecurity in their practice. Our facilitator, an expert with extensive experience in healthcare cybersecurity, will offer valuable insights to enrich the learning experience.

At the PMA we pride ourselves on the understanding that one size doesn’t fit all and – therefore, we have various formats of our workshops and can adapt any programme / agenda to suit your local needs and necessaries – so, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
