This 3-hour web workshop will take a look at partnership accounts, funding contracts – GMS/PMS streams Calculating drawings and dealing with bi-annual tax bills and personal finance.

We will also cover investment and capital requirements for new partners – access to funding options, PCN – financial interaction, practice ownership, business management and working with a specialist accountant. You will also gain an understanding of the contract changes 2022/23.

The module will be delivered with practical guidance to enable participants to map the techniques and outcomes onto their own personal circumstances and practice framework.

Objective

Participants will gain an understanding of important steps in making the transition to Practice Partner and understanding of practice finances and how to understand the accounts produced by your accountant.  You will also gain an insight of how to maximise practice income, Primary Care Network finances and how important managing these areas lead to reduced financial risk in the ever-changing world of general practice.
