BMA/PMA Safe Working Guidance Webinar
This webinar is focused on helping and supporting General Practice and GPs faced with unmanageable workloads coupled with a rapidly shrinking and exhausted workforce. There remains a vast backlog of care exerting increasing pressure on a system that is already at breaking point.
The BMA Safe Working guidance has been refreshed and relaunched.
The session delivered by the BMA & PMA will provide valuable insight into the Safe Working Guidance and new ways to support GPs, their practices, staff and patients. This will enable GP practices to make decisions about how to best prioritise care and highlight how to deprioritise certain aspects of daily activities when they fall outside core requirements. The session will offer ways of doing this while remaining within the constraints of the GMS contract.
