Non-Clinical Environment Management

• Meet and Greet Desk/Care Navigation Hub: Get an overview of our Care Navigation Hub area where our ANPs and administrative staff manage appointments, registrations, and patient inquiries.
• Medical Records: Discover how we maintain and secure electronic health records to provide accurate and timely care.
• Practice Administration: Learn about the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our practice running smoothly, including billing, HR, compliance and staff resilience.

Community Engagement
