This workshop will explore how Practice Managers can build a sustainable workforce through effective succession planning, leadership development, and staff retention strategies. The session will consider how practices can identify future workforce needs, develop existing talent, and ensure they have the right skills and people in place to support the long-term needs of the organisation.
Participants will explore practical approaches to leadership development, mentoring, employee engagement, and creating an inclusive working environment that encourages staff to develop and remain within the organisation.
