• Income streams, reimbursements, claims, and PCN income 
• Financial controls and maximising practice income 
• Yearly financial and contractual updates 
• Superannuation and pension requirements 
• Reviewing practice performance through benchmarking and variance analysis 
• Cashflow forecasting and financial planning 
• Using accounting systems and financial data to support decision-making 

By the end of the module, participants will have a clear understanding of practice finances and the skills needed to monitor performance, maximise income, and support effective financial planning within their practice.
