Primary Care Management Programme

The PMA Primary Care Management Programme is designed for aspiring and newly appointed Practice Managers, providing practical knowledge and skills to support the successful management of a modern primary care practice.

Delivered through 15 interactive virtual workshops over three months, the programme covers the key operational, financial, regulatory, workforce, and leadership responsibilities of the Practice Manager role.

Each session combines expert guidance, practical examples, and group discussion, enabling participants to apply their learning directly within their own practice environment.

All workshops are delivered live via Microsoft Teams, with active participation encouraged through discussion, group activities, and shared learning with colleagues from across primary care.
