• Managing and improving daily operational processes:
o Appointments and clinics
o Prescriptions
o Test results and document management
o Patient registrations and records
• Monitoring performance and conducting audits
• Managing common operational challenges and risks
• Staff accountability and performance improvement
• Policy development and implementing change
