Managing Practice Finances Masterclass

This is part of a foundation workshop to the PMA programme – where practice finances and accounting systems are explained in a user-friendly, interactive way.

The module will provide practical guidance to enable participants to map the techniques and outcomes onto their own practice.

Participants will develop their understanding of the topics by interacting with practitioners but also you will have the opportunity to explore and interact with colleagues from other practices.

Aims & Objectives:

You will gain an understanding of what comprises a robust accounting system and look at ways of maximising your income.  You will also undertake a review of your own systems and develop an action plan highlighting the importance of managing these areas in order to minimise financial risk in the ever-changing world of general practice.
