Welcome to the PMA Core Skills Programme
The PMA Core Skills Programme is a practical training programme designed for GP receptionists, administrators, care navigators, and other frontline primary care staff.
Through a series of 4 interactive workshops, participants develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to deliver high-quality, patient-centred support in a busy and evolving healthcare environment.
Each session combines expert guidance, practical examples, and group discussion, enabling participants to apply their learning directly within their own practice environment.
All workshops are delivered live via Microsoft Teams, with active participation encouraged through discussion, group activities, and shared learning with colleagues from across primary care.
Delegates can join the programme in January, April or September.
