DESCRIPTION:Introduction to Menopause in the Workplace \n\n\n\n\n\nMenopause Awareness in the Workplace \n\n\n\nThis workshop will explore the menopause transition\, how it can affect individuals in the workplace\, and how colleagues can provide understanding and support. Led by Elissa Dobson\, a Level 5 qualified Health and Wellbeing Coach and certified Executive Menopause Coach\, the session will provide a relaxed and open environment to ask questions\, share experiences and build confidence in discussing menopause. \n\n\n\nWe will consider the different ways menopause can affect people at work and explore small\, practical steps that can help create a more supportive and inclusive working environment. \n\n\n\nObjective:\n\n\n\nParticipants will gain a better understanding of the menopause transition and its potential impact in the workplace.
